About Our Products & Ingredients

Are all of your products genuinely gluten-free?
Yes, absolutely. We are a dedicated gluten-free facility. This means no wheat flour or gluten-containing ingredients are ever used in our kitchen, minimizing any risk of cross-contamination.
What ingredients do you use as alternatives to wheat flour?
We use a variety of high-quality, naturally gluten-free flours and starches, including rice flour, tapioca starch, almond flour, and local ingredients like cassava or sweet potato flour, depending on the product.
Do you offer options for other dietary needs (dairy-free, vegan, nut-free)?
Yes, we understand many customers have multiple dietary needs! We clearly label our items that are dairy-free, vegan, or nut-free (though please see the warning below regarding nuts). We offer a rotating selection of treats to accommodate these requirements.
Do you use artificial sweeteners or preservatives?
We strive to use natural ingredients wherever possible and minimize the use of refined sugars. We do not use artificial preservatives in our baked goods.

Do I need to pre-order my items?

While we have fresh items available at our Partner Locations, we highly recommend pre-ordering for special occasions (such as large catering orders, or holiday specials) and for specific items you want to guarantee, such as breads and certain specialty treats.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer island-wide delivery for a small fee. Delivery rates depend on the parish. Please see our Shipping Policy, or use the Shipping Calculator in the Shopping Cart, and note that shipping options will be updated during checkout.

Can I place a custom order for a birthday or catered event?

We love custom orders! Please contact us using the form above at least two weeks in advance for custom cakes and large event orders to ensure we can meet your needs and source any specialized ingredients

Allergy & Safety Information

Are your products safe for people with Celiac Disease?
As a dedicated gluten-free facility with strict protocols for sourcing and handling ingredients, we are committed to providing safe products for those with Celiac Disease and severe gluten sensitivities.
Do you use nuts in your bakery?
Yes. That being said, we do NOT use peanuts in any of our products. We frequently use nuts (like almonds, macadamia nuts, pecans, and walnuts) in many of our recipes. We are NOT a nut-free facility. If you have a severe nut allergy, please be aware that cross-contamination is possible, and consult with a staff member before ordering.
How should I store the baked goods to keep them fresh?
For best results, most of our breads should be stored in an airtight container or frozen. Cakes and pastries are best kept at room temperature (if consumed within 1-2 days) or refrigerated. We will provide specific storage instructions upon purchase.
