Because our products are freshly baked and made to order, all sales are final.

Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any baked goods once they have left our kitchen.

If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos, if applicable

Each concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and may be eligible for:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Custom & Pre-Orders

Custom orders, special requests, and pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.

Date changes may be accommodated with advance notice, subject to availability.

While all of our products are baked in a dedicated gluten-free environment, we encourage customers with severe allergies or dietary concerns to review ingredient details carefully and contact us before ordering.
